If you are using your medical aid with us for the first time, please provide proof of identity in the form of your ID book, driver’s licence or passport, and also your medical aid card or membership number.

AFTER-HOURS CONSULTATION

We accept medical aid after hours on condition we can confirm the availability of funds. We are able to connect to some medical aids through the internet, even after hours. You may be asked to pay cash upfront in the event of failing to confirm availability of benefits.
