Consultation
At your first consultation, the doctor will take a full medical history, including chronic medical conditions and medication, allergies and your presenting complaint, followed by a physical examination. The physical examination will typically include checking your blood pressure and blood sugar for diabetes.
The doctor may conclude by advising you on your current medical condition and the treatment, and also recommend further medical tests and/owor reviews if necessary.

This fee covers the first consultation and the administrative fees of opening a file. The file fee is a once off payment.
- Follow-up Visits

This fee applies to subsequent visits for ongoing care.
*Both the initial and follow up fee excludes any procedures which may be done nor materials that may be used.

The N$50 charged covers the administrative work of opening a file and it is a once of payment. The consultation fee is claimed from the medical aid. Please note that some medical aids require a core payment at every visit e.g. PSEMAS calls for a 5% core payment.
